Introduction to Wraparound Services

• Wraparound is a family-driven, team-based process for planning and providing support and strategies for success. Through the wraparound process, the team creates a plan designed to meet the unique and holistic needs of the family. Each wraparound team consists of the youth, the parents/caregivers, community partners, who meet regularly to implement and monitor the plan of action.
