Pre-K Enrollment
Early Education at Framingham Public Schools offers Pre-K learning opportunities for children the year before entering Kindergarten at six Partnerships for Early Learners locations.
Children must be 4 years old by August 31, 2026.

McCarthy Elementary School
Harmony Grove Elementary
The MetroWest YMCA
Framingham State University – Centers for Early Childhood Education
Loving Nest Preschool
Classroom placements and curriculum and instruction are based on school-day hours.
Please note:
Placement is not guaranteed.
Program location is determined based on information provided in the intake form.
If applications exceed available spaces, a lottery will be held on January 15, 2026.
Eligibility Requirements
Please be sure your child meets the following three requirements before completing the Pre-K Intake Form linked below.
Your child must be 4 years old by August 31, 2026
You must be a Framingham resident (Proof of Residency will be required if you are accepted into the program)
Your child is not already enrolled in an Early Education and Care (EEC) licensed program in Framingham (center- or home-based).

Transportation is not provided
Framingham Public Schools is committed to high-quality, equitable learning opportunities, and as a result, school day hours are at no cost to families.
Enrollment is limited. If interest exceeds available seats, a lottery will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
All intake forms submitted prior to 4:00 PM on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, will be entered in the lottery.
Families will be notified of placement after Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Full day or extended care hours are available at all locations. Enrollment is limited at each site. If interest exceeds available seats, a lottery will be held. *Financial assistance is available. Funding is limited and awards are based on availability.

Preschool Enrollment
Early Education at Framingham Public Schools offers Preschool learning opportunities at BLOCKS/Juniper Hill School for children who will be 3 years old by August 31, 2026.
Enrollment is ongoing for 3 year old children who are identified to receive special education services.
Curriculum and instruction are based on half-day programming.
This is a tuition-based program running from September 2025 through June 2026. Interested families are invited to complete the Preschool Intake Form (linked below).

Families who have concerns about their child’s development—such as learning, social, language, or gross/fine motor skills—may request a Preschool Special Education Screening. Screenings help determine whether a more formal evaluation may be needed and take place at BLOCKS / Juniper Hill School, located at 29 Upper Joclyn Ave. Each screening lasts approximately 45 minutes.
