Dear FHSDC Parents,

Welcome to the MAMMA MIA Family! We are so excited to have your student involved in our upcoming production of MAMMA MIA at FHS. We want you to be a part of the action this year and we would love your involvement with the FHSDC. 
Please join us on the evening of Saturday, December 8th for our Greek Night Fundraiser as a celebration of the FHSDC community. Your evening begins at the Aegean Restaurant in Framingham at 5:00pm for a buffet meal with a cash bar in their private function room where you will receive a poster from the show. You will then attend the 7:00pm performance of MAMMA MIA in a seat in one of the first four rows. Following the performance, you will be welcomed on to the stage to take photos with your favorite cast members. We hope this will be a great community gathering for the FHSDC parents.
These tickets are on a first-come first-serve basis. Once our reserved seats are sold out, we will not be able to sell anymore.
Ticket Cost: $50.00 (all proceeds benefit the FHSDC). Tickets can ONLY be purchased through the order form attached and must be turned in to Madi Spear by October 1. Please make checks payable to Framingham Public Schools.
This show has five performances open to the public and tickets for all performances are on sale now at Since we have put these tickets on sale two weeks ago we have sold over 300 seats! This is a record this early. We urge you to purchase your tickets today for the show so that the families of cast members have the best seats. As most of you know, last year, we sold out the entire run of MARY POPPINS and we hope the same will happen for MAMMA MIA, so please be sure to purchase early.

Now is ad sales season for our program book for the year. If you work at a business/office or know any local business owners that might be interested, we appreciate you reaching out to get the community to support FHS Drama Company. The money we raise from our ad book directly pays for festival each year. If your student is interested in being a Drama Company member this year, they must sell an ad as one of their three requirements. The ad book deadline is just around the corner, September 28th. 
As we usually do for the musical, we will be renting costumes from a professional designer who is actually building the show for us first! In order to offset the cost of this, we ask all cast members to pay a $25 costume fee for the production. All costume fees should be made payable to Framingham Public Schools and turned in to Emily Dupcak by Saturday, September 29th. If you have a financial hardship, please see Chris or Donna. 
Apparel will be sold for the show- if you would like to purchase something, all you have to do is send in the order form with payment with your student by the deadline on the form. This info will be coming out at the first rehearsal this Saturday.
Peter and the Starcatcher opens soon! Performances are October 12th and 13th @ 7pm. We hope to see you in the audience for this fun and magical show.
Was a huge hit last year in our inaugural year! Thanks to Sandy Dupcak and the FHSDC parent committee who put it together.
