Student User/Email Accounts
Over the weekend, the systems used for the synchronization process of district user accounts encountered issues. Due to these issues, all student passwords were reset . This issue has limited the ability for students to access systems Including Google, Canvas, Summit and any Google connected systems. Aspen X2 account and passwords were not impacted.
On Tuesday September 11, 2018, students will be provided support to update their password. The Office of Technology staff will be at the Middle Schools and the High School to support students as needed.
Flexibility will be given to allow time for students to resolve any account issues.
