UPDATED MEDIA ALERT: Framingham Public Schools Reschedules Press Conference Which Will Now Take Place Tomorrow, Thursday, July 23rd
In an effort to streamline communication surrounding Framingham's return to school for the 2020-2021 academic year, Dr. Tremblay will be hosting weekly press conferences to field questions on the process, decision-making, and plan elements that will directly affect the community in the coming weeks. Members of the media are invited to register and attend these virtual events.
Media Outreach
Members of the local news, radio, and online press are invited to pre-register for weekly press conferences which will be held via Zoom. Dr. Tremblay will provide updates, answer pre-submitted questions, and take new questions via chat to be addressed within a 30 minute window. Given the evolving situation due to COVID-19, the District and Superintendent are planning a variety of opportunities to share important information with Framingham Public School families and staff. These efforts include twice weekly community hours (Back to School Updates Live with Dr. Tremblay), in addition to website updates; family communication via calls, emails, and texts; surveys; social media posts; and school committee meetings. Information surrounding the return to school will be accessible and available as soon as it can be shared. These efforts are primarily for FPS Staff and Families.
