The Special Education Department of Framingham Public Schools Shares Dates and Deadlines Associated with the 2019 Destruction of Records

The Special Education Department of Framingham Public Schools Shares Dates and Deadlines Associated with the 2019 Destruction of Records

December 6, 2019 (Framingham, MA): In accordance with the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE), 603 CMR 23.06 (3), Framingham Public Schools will be destroying records of special education students who graduated, transferred, withdrew, or aged out as of June 2012.

Students who wish to receive their personal student files should request their file by calling the Special Education Department at (508) 626-9123 between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday no later than December 13, 2019. Students will have their files available for pick-up from December 18th through December 23rd. A state-issued form of identification will be required to retrieve records. The Special Education Department is located at 73 Mt. Wayte Ave. Suite #5, Framingham.
