“Lincoln is not only a great fit for the Superintendent’s team, covering finance and operations, but he is completely in sync with our growing culture of energy, accountability, transparency and approachability,” said Geoffrey Epstein, Framingham School Committee Member and Finance and Operations Subcommittee Chair. “The School Committee will look to Mr. Lynch for clear and understandable financial and operational intelligence each month.”

Mr. Lynch is currently the School Business Manager for the Norton Public Schools. Prior to that he was the School Business Administrator for the Charms Collaborative in Stoughton and an Institutional Account Manager at RISO, Inc. Mr. Lynch earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire (Durham) and his Master in Educational Leadership from Bridgewater State College.

“My decision to apply for the Executive Director of Finance and Operations position was influenced by many things, namely the dedicated leadership team of Framingham Public Schools and the continuous support the City of Framingham has shown the students,” said Lincoln Lynch. “I appreciate my time and experience serving the student body of Norton Public Schools for the last four years and I’m excited to begin this next chapter with Framingham Public Schools. I’m grateful for the opportunity that Superintendent Tremblay has given me and I look forward to joining the leadership team in July.”

“Lincoln’s experience and approach during the interview process proved from the beginning that he would be a tremendous asset to our school district as we continue to bring the District’s Strategic Plan to life,” said Superintendent Dr. Robert Tremblay. “His financial prowess and ability to respond to complex tasks and forecast a nuanced budget as evidenced during the multi-hour, task-based element of the second round interview process coupled with his personable demeanor and positive energy seemed to make him a perfect fit for our team!”
