The Office of Community Resource Development
The Office of Community Resource Development has been part of the Framingham Public Schools since 1995 when the District secured a $25,000 grant from the Department of Health and Human Services to become one of several School-Linked Services sites in Massachusetts. This three-year grant expanded into 6 years of funding. Since the original School-Linked Service grant, many initiatives have been designed, implemented and sustained in the community and the schools.
The Office of Community Resource Development oversees the Out of School Time Programs for Framingham Public Schools. Please review our programming to see what is available for your children before and after school, as well as, speciality programs.
Framingham Public Schools has teamed up with the United States Department of Justice to bring Project Safe Childhood to the three middle schools. Project Safe Childhood is a nationwide initiative to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Please visit the Project Safe Childhood Page for more information.
