The Business Office for the Framingham Public Schools is committed to providing the community with updated and well-maintained facilities. Led by the Executive Director Lincoln Lynch, we have a dedicated staff of maintenance personnel that keep our building grounds safe and clean to enhance student learning.
Located at 31 Flagg Drive, the Business Office provides financial management for the School Department including the development of financial policies and procedures; acting as fiscal agent for all external funds; procurement; accounting and accounts payable.

Accounts Payable Department
The Accounts Payable Department provides details about current and pending payments such as check numbers, list of invoices paid, encumbrance balances, and vendor status. In addition, payments to the district are processed through the business office. The Accounts Payable Department processes hundreds of vendor invoices weekly and is responsible for the collection, processing of purchase orders and input for payment of invoices on a timely basis. Each month, disbursements are timely, accurate and made in compliance with established Framingham Public School policies and procedures. In addition, disbursements must meet the rules and regulations of governmental agencies - federal, state, and local.
