The health and safety of our students and staff is paramount to Framingham Public Schools. We have engaged in many risk-mitigating measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our school community.

  • The district will not be requiring students to complete the MyMedBot daily attestation form this school year.  However, it is expected that all families will assess each of their children every day for the following symptoms before coming to school or getting on the bus:

    • Fever 100 F or 37.7C or chills
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fatigue
    • Muscle or body aches
    • Headache
    • New loss of taste or smell
    • Sore throat
    • Congestion or runny nose
    • Nausea or vomiting
    • Diarrhea

If the student has any of the above symptoms symptoms of COVID-19, they should stay home from school and the family should notify their school nurse that the child will be absent and the reason for the absence.  The school nurse will follow-up with the family regarding the child’s symptoms, and develop a plan for return to school.
