    The Framingham Public Schools (FPS) COVID Team is a recommending body that organizes all of the COVID-related processes designed to support staff and students throughout the Framingham Public Schools buildings.

  • The FPS Covid Team is Co-chaired by the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources and the Director of Health and Wellness, this group is tasked with planning for, implementing, and disseminating COVID-19 policies and protocols, overseeing the training of protocols for students and staff, providing consultation to building and district leaders regarding specific COVID situations with students/staff, providing limited contact tracing to notify various individual//cohorts if they may have been exposed, and ensuring staff are aware of privacy policies regarding disclosure of COVID-19 status. The COVID Team is in regular communication with the Framingham Department of Public Health and implements all DESE/DPH directives and ensures building-based compliance with COVID-related policies and protocols.
