    Traffic and Neighborhood Impact

    Ongoing:

    • Increased Truck Traffic (excluding blackout times of 7:45-8:45am and 2:00-3:00pm during school drop-off and pick-up)
    • Construction noise related to masonry cleanup around 7am and 3pm
    • Structural Steel arriving onsite intermittently and drivers are utilizing designated truck route.
    • Per Governor Baker’s mandate, the students/faculty will not be returning to the Fuller MS for the balance of the 2019-2020 academic year. The project team has moved up the roadwork on Flagg drive ahead of schedule in order to do that work when it will least impact the neighborhood and school operations.

    COVID 19

    Ongoing:

    • Per Governor Baker’s Order, issued March 23rd and updated on March 31st, construction has been designated as an essential service. The site remains open, and construction is continuing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
    • Consigli has been proactive in our response, placing additional procedures and safety measures in place that adhere to the CDC Guidelines and the construction guidelines issued from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to promote worker safety,
    • Impacts to manpower, material availability and fabrication are being monitored on a continuous basis, and all efforts are being made to mitigate said impacts.
