• Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Team

The Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Team was founded by the Health and Wellness department in 2018 to meet the district's goal of promoting academic achievement and social and emotional growth for all students through the provision of structured consultation services to school staff.

This is an internal team that works with directly with school administrators, educators, and support personnel to better address student needs. The SEMH team is requested by school staff when additional student support is needed.

The SEMH team is staffed by the District Clinical Psychologist, Corrine Mahoney Kavanaugh, District Behavior Coordinator, Catalina Palfreman and District Therapeutic Coach, Alex Rogal.
