The Communications Office partners regularly with the Translation Office to ensure that essential District messaging is accessible to our community. Translation requests are submitted for all Blackboard Connect Ed outreach including emails, text messages, phone scripts, and associated recordings, as well as any printed material that the District wishes to send home in students' Friday Folders which are managed at the schools. Additionally, services are requested for in-person interpretation and translation as needed.
The Translation Office's mission is to provide effective translation and interpreting services to families whose primary language is not English in order to ensure access to all aspects of their children’s education.
