The Feasibility Study Schedule was comprised of three phases:
- the Preliminary Design Program (PDP)
- the Preferred Schematic Report (PSR) and
- the Schematic Design (SD).
Each phase culminates with a submission to MSBA. The PDP phase submission date was December 20, 2017, the PSR phase submission date was May 9, 2018 and the SD submission date was September 12, 2018.
The MSBA Board of Directors approved the Schematic Design submission at their October 31, 2018 meeting and in the same week, the City Council voted to approve the project funding.
A special election ballot vote was held on December 11, 2018 to approve the exclusion of the costs from the so-called Proposition 2-1/2 cap. To access the Feasibility Study Schedule, click on the link below.
