  • NEW ENGLAND COLLEGE OF BUSINESS
    The Town of Framingham has partnered with the New England College of Business to offer 25% tuition savings, with continuous enrollment, to employees and their immediate families. NECB has the lowest tuition among all private four-year colleges in New England.

    COLLEGE SAVINGS PROGRAM
    The Town offers CollegeAmerica; a convenient 529 college savings program with significant tax advantages allowing you to choose between 21 funds offered through American Funds enabling you to design your own college savings portfolio.

    LIBERTY MUTUAL
    The Town offers a program through which employees can take advantage of special group rates on Auto, Home, and Renter’s Insurance. Multi-policy discounts are available. Liberty Mutual offers convenient payment plans including EFT, payroll deduction or Direct Billing to your home.

    BJ’S WHOLESALE CLUB
    During designated enrollment periods, the Town offers discounted membership fees to all employees. The promotional periods will be announced by Human Resources and enrollment will take place in the Human Resources office at the Memorial Building. (This special offer is NOT available online or at BJ’s Wholesale Club locations)

    VERIZON WIRELESS
    The Town offers employees discounted rates on specified new plan agreements as well as discounted rates to existing customers. Employees receive a 15% discount on plans of $34.99 and above. This benefit also includes great savings on new phones and accessories.

    GYM BENEFIT
    The gym benefit will depend on which health insurance plan you choose. Please see your health insurance plan summary for details.

    VESTED RETIREMENT BENEFITS
    If you have 10 years or more of service with the Town of Framingham and are at least 55 years of age or have at least 20 years of service with the Town at any age then you are considered vested for Benefits purposes and can maintain some of your benefits (such as medical, dental, and life insurance) for the rest of your life.
