B.L.O.C.K.S. Preschool promotes a flexible atmosphere that considers children individually and as members of a group. Our program provides a variety of resources that address children's particular interests, needs and levels of development.
Learning through play, development of self concept, the growth of language and respect for others will be fostered in order to maximize future school success. The ultimate goal of this program is to instill in children a curiosity about their world and a hunger to learn.
The general goals of our program include:
7/30/21: The District will review recommendations presented by Education Commissioner Riley in the next few weeks and coordinate with the Framingham Department of Public Health and the Tri-County Superintendents to determine and communicate next steps.
7/20/21: Through our Virtual Summer Reading lottery process and collaboration with community partners Hoops and Homework and Pelham Lifelong Learning Center, we will serve about 45 students this summer.
7/9/21: FPS Community Members are encouraged to view the concepts and share their preferences by July 23rd!
6/22/21: Congratulations to the participants of the Language Opportunity Coalition Award, Framingham Public Schools Love of Languages Award, Massachusetts State Seal of Biliteracy and Massachusetts State Seal of Biliteracy with Distinction!
