A Message from Our Principal

Welcome to the McCarthy School! We are looking forward to an exciting 2011-2012 school year to continue our collaborative efforts in providing exciting and worthwhile educational opportunities for our students. We are extremely proud of the community we have maintained here since the school opened in 1952.

We feel strongly that the McCarthy School is a center of excellence for differentiated learning. This allows all students to share their talents and excel in an inclusive environment encompassing a rich blend of socio-economic, academic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. Staff members, parents and students work cooperatively to create a learning community that promotes responsibility, accountability, and individual growth. This enlightened atmosphere guides our students to value each other's contributions and become valuable members of a global society.
