Million Minute Reading Challenge
We're bound and determined to read one million minutes! We're building on the minutes read last year to reach our goal. This year the classes will collect minutes using their own systems – reading logs, reading worms, trackers. Teachers will collect the minutes and email them biweekly to parent, Amy Perlman, who will color the books on the bookshelf poster in the foyer – one book for every 5,000 minutes read. When all the books on the poster are filled in, we have read one million minutes!!! Read for growth! Read for enjoyment! READ!
