Help is welcomed to support PTO fundraisers and there are plenty of short-term, "once-and-done" and occasional options. Watch the Fuller Info Group for announcements requesting help. If you're not on the loop, return to the home page and click on the Yahoo! Groups button in the lower right corner of the page to join.
Minutes - March 26, 2012 meeting
The Fuller PTO is committed to fostering a strong home/school
connection. We strive to support the concept of "Fuller Family", and
dedicate our efforts towards supporting Fuller students and staff while creating a community for all Fuller parents and guardians.
PTO brings you:
COMMUNICATIONS:
- Fuller Info Group: the email group that provides daily emails of school announcements, event and activities.
- Parent Seminars: PTO sponsors, in conjunction with the Fuller Guidance Department, occasional programs and seminars aimed at helping parents/guardians of adolescents to better communicate with and understand their children as they navigate their middle school years.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS:
- Recognition Programs: Academic, Citizenship, Community Service, and Athletic achievements are among the categories of student recognition that are supported by PTO
- Teacher Appreciation Day: Breakfast and lunch are served to recognize our staff's outstanding efforts.
SUPPORT:
- Student Agenda Books: Each student receives an agenda at the beginning of the year to organize and record class assignments
- Equipment: as school administration identifies needs that
cannot be filled through the District budget, PTO targets fundraising to
help acquire necessary items.
FUNDRAISING
You can help PTO provide for Fuller and staff and students in many ways. Here are some of our on-going fundraisers:
-
We collect BoxTops for Education all year long. Drop them off at our Front Office, or have your child deliver them to their homeroom teacher. Keep collecting - they really add up!
-
The Stop and Shop A+ Rewards program concluded March 29 - thanks to all who registered to help Fuller.
