History of Community Resource Development

The Office of Community Resource Development has been part of the Framingham Public Schools since 1995 when the District secured a $25,000 grant from the Department of Health and Human Services to become one of several School-Linked Services sites in Massachusetts. This three-year grant expanded into 6 years of funding. Since the original School-Linked Service grant, many initiatives have been designed, implemented and sustained in the community and the schools.  The office of Community Resource Development has brought over 6 million dollars in grant money to the community.  Please go to the "Past Initiatives" page on the left to see the different programs that the office has been invovled with.
