Expanded Learning Time
Expanded Learning Time (ELT) is a statewide initiative that is being implemented by a unique public-private partnership between Massachusetts 2020, the educational non-profit that envisioned ELT and the Massachusetts Department of Education, the state agency responsible for overseeing it.
