The B.L.O.C.K.S. Preschool Program recognizes that electronic mail (e-mail) is an effective tool to facilitate communication. Although this form of communication is convenient and easy, it needs to be used carefully since the tone and intent can be misunderstood.
Please keep these helpful hints in mind when using email to contact our school staff:
* Electronic mail is not a secure form of communication. Confidential information should not be discussed via e-mail.
Discussion of a student's progress is properly done through phone and/or face-to-face conversations.
* Staff members and parents should mutually agree upon the form of communication that is most effective for them.
* Time sensitive information should not be sent via email as the staff member may not be able to respond within the expected timeframe.
* If you need immediate assistance, please call the B.L.O.C.K.S. office at (508) 788-2380.
